She is a factory manufactures various kinds of bias binding tapes, cutting ribbons and cord tapes. Her main products are satin bias binding tapes, cotton bias binding tapes, cutting tapes and cord ropes with all kinds of specifications, such as 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 2.0cm, 2.5 cm etc, and also she manufactures according to customers’ requirements. She is equipped with winding machines, high speed sewing machines, cutting machines and so on.

Ningbo MH Cotton Laces Factory is a producing center that encompassing manufacturing, R&D and designing. She mainly specializes in producing all types of cotton laces, golden/silver printed lace, chenille laces, trimming ribbons, samosa, and lace accessories. She adopts cotton, linen, rayon, cord rope, FDY, gold/silver metallic, feather and other materials and can make laces of different width and patterns according to customers’ requirements. The factory has nearly hundred of advanced braid cord machines and some other related machines.

It’s founded in 2003 locating at No. 60 Changfeng Industrial Zone and covering up 6550 square meters. The beautiful factory is near Fenghua River and has workers’ dormitory, dinning room, basketball playground and some other establishments. At present, the factory owns 7 sets of Lassie to produce types of embroidery laces and high grade accessories; moreover, its daily output has reached 71489.70 RMB. She has 20 sets of computer-controlled embroidery machines and more than 400 working staff. With most advanced equipments, abundant technical and management experiences, she mainly engages in manufacturing and designing of all kinds of laces that applied to underwear, bras, fashions, kids’ dresses, wedding gowns, home textiles and other accessories. The main products include T/C laces, net lace fabric, cotton laces, chemical laces and embroidery of some special cloth materials.

Up to now, she has possessed 100 set of Electronic Jacquard machines, 2000 sets of shuttleless looms, and 100 sets of knitting tape machines and a production line of whole set of cord tapes and cutting ribbons. She manufactures 1000 tons of various types of ribbons each year. Her main products include trimming ribbons, cutting ribbon, sheer ribbon, elastic ribbon, elastic rope, elastic braid, cord rope, curtain tape, zig-zag ribbons, polyester jacquard woven tape, PP tape, etc. All are sales well in China, USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, etc.
